A-C Central Marching Knights

We  interviewed Kolby V. from the A-C Central high school marching band. We asked him some questions about the upcoming season. Here is there schedule for 2014.

•  IC Homecoming Parade October 11th at 10 a.m
•  Quincy Octoberfest Parade October 18th at 2 p.m
•  Pinckneyville Mardi Gras Parade October 25th at 7 p.m
•  Chandlerville Halloween date not scheduled

A-C: how many parades do you have this year?   Kolby: We have 10.

A-C: What is the most interesting parade?   

Kolby: The Barry Apple Festival. 

A:C: What is the hardest parade?

Kolby: The Quincy Octoberfest.

A:C: How many years have you been in band?

Kolby: Seven years.

A:C: Why do you like band?

Kolby: I can be loud!

A:C: How did you get started in band?

Kolby: My mom made me start.

A:C: How do you prepare over the summer?

Kolby: Practice as much as possible.

A:C: What do you like best about band?

Kolby: The end of the year band trip.
