Red Ribbon Week for 2104-2015 takes place from Monday, October 27th, 8:15 am to Friday October 31st, 3:15 pm. At A-C Central we make Red Ribbon week a big deal. The reason we do this is because we want students to know the effects and consequences of using drugs and alcohol. This week we are going doing tons of events to show support for Red Ribbon week. To kick off we had a powder-puff football game. The teams were Juniors and Sophomores against Freshman and Seniors. Throughout the week each students is given a bracelet to wear. To be able to win prizes, students must participate in dress up and by wearing the bracelet. This is what the scheduled events are for this week:
Monday Oct.27: America Day, Powder-Puff Football game. Here are the pictures of some of the students who participated in dress up.
Tuesday Oct.28: Time Travel day- Don't let drugs destroy your future or your past. Watch a video and answer questions.
Wednesday Oct.29: Pajama Day-Don’t let drugs destroy your dreams. Mix it up at lunch!
