Cheerleading

Since 2011 the A-C Central cheer leading squad has co-oped with Porta High School. Now in 2014 we are still going strong with Porta. From A-C, we have only four cheerleaders on the squad. Those four are Alexis C. , Bailey D., Destinee J., Carrie A.

I Sat down with Carrie A. to ask her some questions. These were her answers.


A-C- How do you like cheering?
Carrie- I love cheering.

A-C- How do you like cheering for PORTA?
Carrie- Cheering with people from PORTA is super fun and I love it.

A-C- How long have you been cheering?
Carrie- This is my first year in high school but I cheered two years in JR. High.

A-C- Which sports do you cheer for?
Carrie- I cheer for Varsity Football.

A-C- What do you think of the Varsity football team this year?
Carrie- We have a lot of strong players and seniors.

A-C- How far do you think the varsity team will go this year?
Carrie- The boys could go as far as they did last year if we work together.

A-C- What do you think of the JV team this year?
Carrie-I haven't been to a JV game this year, but form what I have heard they are very good.

A-C- How did you Practice cheering over the summer?
Carrie- We had practice every weekday this summer to get ready for UCA cheer  camp and for football season.
