We asked a few of the volleyball girls some questions. This is how they responded.
A.C: Do you like the jerseys?
Kirby C, Emily K, and Quinlan M, all said that they like the long sleeve jerseys better but they still like them.
A.C: How do you think the outcome of the season is going to be?
All of the girls said that they are going to improve as a team and get better as an individually.
A.C: Has somebody in your family played volleyball?
All of the girls have somebody in their family that has played volleyball. They are playing the sport because they all love it and get it be with their friends.
A.C: Have you have any injuries?
Kirby C. Yes, I have jammed some of my fingers.
A.C. What position do you play?
Emily K: I am a setter.
Quinlan M: I am a middle hitter and a right side hitter.
Kirby C: I play right back.
Cassidy S: I play right side.
A.C: What game are you most excited about?
Quinlan M: I am most excited about Mt. Pulaski because we get to make a banner.
Emily K and Kirby C: We are both excited about Pink night. ( Pink night is the Volley for the cure. It is also the Senior night.)
A.C: Have you done anything over the summer to prepare for the volleyball season?
All of them have done something to prepare for this season.
A.C: Have you played before?
They all have played for many years before and are looking forward to many more.
JV won the Cuba tournament. Emily K and Chenoa B got all tournament. Good job girls!!
